ORIAN HOTEL

Beautiful beach club! But - as most people according to the reviews - really not satisfied with the service… We went there for a day, when we entered, there was no one standing behind the lobby desk. So we had no idea where the changing rooms were, neither about their policy (no pictures, to be half covered when walking around the pool area…) What also surprised me is that the resort didn’t provide towels… Which is unacceptable for the amount people are paying to get in. When I went to the lobby to ask for a towel, I had to buy one for 200 SAR?!! That’s almost the entrance price for a stupid towel. Also, the snacks served on the beach aren’t what you expect in this kind of resort. The setting and deco are a plus. But they still have a lot of work on customerservice and price-quality. Until then, I ain’t coming back.

Didn't enjoy my stay there at all! I had to just manage cos that was the only option ? Bathroom dillapidated,no AC , the standing fan self makes noise.
