Four Seasons price, Motel 6 quality. We paid about 240 US per night, very hard bed, lumpy foam pillows, room was not serviced at all during our stay, breakfast (buffet) was out of most items hot items when we went 45 minutes before end of breakfast service. Go to Holiday Inn instead and get your money’s worth.

The hotel is lovely, with very courteous staff. I would recommend the hotel to all looking for a very homely place.
The food quality is excellent, and the staff are very warm and welcoming. I thank you for the experience.

Recently, my family and I had the opportunity to spend Eid Holidays at the Novotel Yanbu, hotel is in front of corniche. Yanbu corniche is one of the clearest corniche in Saudi Arabia. The hotel was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were great, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The connecting rooms that we booked were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. The rooms were overlooking the corniche which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles.
In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the hotel also offered a wide range of activities and facilities for guests to enjoy. We were delighted by the large pool. The hotel restaurant has a stunning interior as well. We were able to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner every day that we were there. The food was delicious and top-notch.
The staff of Novotel Hotel was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.
On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at Novotel Yanbu Hotel and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend Novotel Yanbu Hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
