I have stayed at the novotel jazan previously but this time the espresso machine was not working. The wash basin drain was broken, the TV was not working.

Very nice hotel with great location direct on the sea.
People are very helpful and neat. Especially in the restaurant for breakfast Nouf, Ali and chief Amro. And for the meeting Diaa was very helpful.

Had stayed here for one day. Dinner was at Amwaj restaurant. It was a buffet night. Lots of food for very reasonable price. Food was tasty. Deyaa and colleagues were very helpful.
Will recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jizan and or farsan island.

The worst customer service ever, and definitely doesn't deserve a five star rating that emply luxury. They treat guests as students and apply rules to them requiring the guest to curry the bags of goods (regardless of quantity) and refuse to allow help since it's not bought from inside the hotel.

It was awesome when the service staff came to mind, especially Mr.Pankaj. His behaviour and cooperation are outstanding.
