I’m really shocked as this hotel says it is 4 star hotel and yet the level of cleanliness is disappointing! Since i came i saw a dirty sheets and asked them to change it and i was asked why you wanted to be changed!!, and since i cam the did NOT change the towels and today i but it on the floor for the cleaner to understand it needs changing and what a surprise i find it like that !!
A lot of disappointment on cleaning unfortunately!
But the staff are really nice just to be fair

The place is very beautiful and calm, the prices are very beautiful, and the staff at the reception are very wonderful, especially Al-Dosari, may God give him wellness.
