The meeting room and audio visual facilities were great. The coffee break was very nice. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and keen to make us happy and delighted. The chef was running between us making sure that all is good ready for our requests. The restaurant manager was always smiling which is the same case with the F&B manager who was very welcoming and smiling all the time. The food as usual was great with a big number of varieties. I have been doing my lectures in this hotel for the last 15 years and happy to see the service better from time to time. Thank you everyone of the great staff. Thank you and keep up the great professional service

Though the hotel is a bit old, the service of the staff is amazing and they mitigate any ill feel related to the infrastructure. The restaurant manager is very smart and customer friendly. Though they didn’t have a particular flavour of my choice, they got it made on the first day and on the second day though I didn’t order it, it was served in the same way I liked it. Likewise the Chef’s response to a special order and ensuring it was enjoyable. They have a very friendly team. But the infrastructure could put you down a bit.

Dear team,
We had a great stay at Movenpick, your rooms and hotel is very clean and beautiful. Moreover your food is very good in quality and quantity. I would like to take time out and send our special appreciation for Ms Dania, she was our hostess in restaurant. She is very warm, polite and kind. Felt like we are a family, even though we are of different nationality. She welcomed us and took care of us in such a beautiful way. God bless you miss, Hotel is very lucky to have you in their staff.

Car parking is also there with big area. Next to hotel small shops are also there like visa... Good place... Fresh air coming everytime outside..

One of the best hotel in KSA. Elegance at its peak. Wonderful/neat & clean environment. having very co operative staff especially house keeping staff. they serve customers like a king. I have experienced that Mr ishtiaq is the best among them. i do appreciate at all and hope they will maintain standard in future too

Welcome to Movenpick hotel Jeddah, I visited this hotel in last July 2022. The hotel doesn't provide valley parking and the parking area for the hotel is 50 meters away from the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide a massage service. The hotel has one outdoor swimming pool only for the men and they have 1 gym which had different timings for the men & ladies.
