The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is quite old and some parts are a bit dated. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pool and gym were fine. The location is ok, walking anywhere in Jeddah is hard as crossing roads is not easy. It was easy enough to take taxis.

Been here for a while, i am very satisfied with the service of all staff, very friendly and act right away for any needs. The restaurant staff are so active, friendly and adheres to
their policies in food serving.
Cleanliness counts and food are prepared well so far as i have observed.
May God Almighty continuously serve their guests to their best.

Stayed here after our umrah trip with 3 young kids.
Staff went above and beyond. Waait at the reception took in our family needs and she made our stay very comfortable, huge thank you to her!
Breakfast was a decent selection and Ali at the restaurant was very very accomadating and welcoming and always keeping an eye we are happy as well as all the restaurant staff and room service staff were excellent.
Rooms however are decent size but bathrooms are very dated and I personally ws not very comfortable.
I would purely recommend this hotel only because of the staff and their customer service otherwise quality wise I think it needs some upgrading to hit the standard as a 4 star.

Super experience. Prime location in Jeddah. Breakfast buffet has great variety with a healthy and kids corner. Very clean room. Mahmoud and Ali from the restaurant team are super friendly and nice.

It's an ok hotel no major issues but also nothing to write home about. Nice, clean, big room, I liked the balcony.
The rooms and overall hotel is due for an upgrade. Food is ok, basic buffet style: fruit bar, salad bar, other warm items, good size bread and cake selection, omelette station.
Staff is generally helpful and nice. It wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad at all, just neutral. I'm satisfied with my stay here; however, when I come back in several months, I want try out a hotel closer to the water promenade (Corniche)

Welcome to Movenpick hotel Jeddah, I visited this hotel in last July 2022. The hotel doesn't provide valley parking and the parking area for the hotel is 50 meters away from the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide a massage service. The hotel has one outdoor swimming pool only for the men and they have 1 gym which had different timings for the men & ladies.
