The place is really big and suites families, but they need to upgrade it. The staff is really nice but the rooms not clean and there is no service or phone to call anyone.

Highly prestigious place adopting heritage-style design. Unfortunately, service, care and maintainace are neglected. Beds are poor quality, most rooms full of strong sewerage odor, lacking sufficient number of support staff; thus, poor service and slow or no response. Bachelor's side is surrounded by the restaurant, so windows for most rooms are blocked, in addition to the constant music and chatter noise all night long.

Nice place but the restaurant has the worst service I have ever seen, and small dishes with over priced
