Positives:
Location, price, staff, wifi.
Negatives:
The hotel is run down and in need of renovation.
Poor sound insulation between rooms.
A few days ago (middle of the week, school days, off-season) I went to book, but the price was high, and the receptionist told me that the price increase was due to changing the air conditioners!!!
