Stayed here for about a month. The hotel is nice, but there are bad things that happened to me:
- Housekeeping does not give you towels after cleaning except a few times.
- When you ask for towels, you have to call the reception, and they delay you in bringing them, and then you are surprised that they brought you only one towel!! And when I told them I wanted another towel, they said no…!!!
- Once they didn't bring me a towel after waiting almost two hours.
And once they told me that there are no towels today! After my complaints, the receptionist, Abdullah Al-Khathami, told the scholar to bring me a towel from one of the empty rooms.
- The electricity in the hotel went out for two days. On the first day, about 3-4 hours, and the next day, about an hour. The hotel did not compensate me for this matter, despite my stay in the hotel for about 3 weeks at the time.
- When the electricity went out, the receptionist, Abdullah Al-Khathami, treated me badly, did not respect me, and did not try to calm me down, even though there was no electricity in the hotel, and my room was on the sixth floor. And the elevator is not working. He didn't care at all, and I told him I want to speak to the supervisor and he didn't give me his number and deliberately provoked me without any reason. Unfortunately, he was treated badly by the rest of the reception staff.
- In short, the hotel is good cz it’s still new, but the service is very, very, very bad.
