Hotel is good but staff is not bothered. Zero customer service.
No towels No room cleaning.
We called no response twice.
No hand towels
No bath towels had to remind again and again.
Management needs to get in to make it an 5 star hotel.

Rooms facing high way bridge are not rocemended at all, too noisy from speed vehicles. While using shower all water spread in toilet tiles causing sliping.

One of pathetic service I ever had whenever I called I reception either they don’t receive call or just ask to call another person even I have to wait hours for water and tea.

Neat and clean hotel . The executive suite was big and nice.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Need to add more items

I stayed 2 days in this hotel with my family. The hotel is clean. the staff are friendly and welcoming. we had beautiful views from our rooms. The rooms were well equipped. the hotel had a cafeteria and a restaurant. we just had to call 555 to order the food and have it delivered to our room. there is an AlBaik restaurant near the hotel. everything was perfect.
