Back in 2020-21 the experience was not what you would expect out of a 5 star Hotel.. but now, with the upgrade in management, the service is tremendously improved on all fronts. The food for thought concept recently introduced at the Hotel, meets and exceeds the expectations of guests.
A suggestion is to have speed dial numbers set on room Landlines since all calls are currently routes through reception. After reception duty hours it gets really difficult to order for housekeeping or any other services

Best hotel to stay here in Hail!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐? Comfortable & refreshing ambiance, high quality & delicious food, and very friendly & hospitable staffs... Thank you sir Ramon for your great service and accomodating us,,, making our stay enjoyable & memorable... Highly recommended ☺??
