The hotel has a lot of potentials that are not used. The hotel operator lacks a lot of experience. In general, I have observed that receptionists are welcoming but not informed about the hotel procedures. Each employee can give different feedback.
Housekeeping is not up to the standard neither in the room nor around the hotel facilities. I stayed for almost 15 days and have observed my findings for the hotel to improve its services because what I saw was a waste of resources indeed. Swimming pool was not clean too for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel management should invest in quality management whereby each room should be checked before it is given to another customer. I had to spend hours waiting to have the hotel maintenance fix the AC and the shower room.
I liked the room comfort and quietness. The stuff were supportive and try to show commitment. The breakfast menue was below my expectations but the place was very nice. The furniture is one of the best I have seen.
