Very good hotel or apartment for long term stay. The rooms are clean and service staff are very friendly. Few rooms have wifi issue and slow water.

They're too lazy to change the names of the hotel on the booking sites and you have a good chance of going to the wrong one. This happens to them at least five times a day, from what the front desk guy told me.
