I got booked last minute yesterday after i found out that the hotel i booked previously through expedia was closed for maintenance without any notice from the agent or the hotel ( wish someone told me before taking an 18 hour flight) The receptionist who handled by check in was very professional , accommodating and understanding ( for someone checking in after midnight ) and technically no wait time for either check in or check out. The suite we booked was exceptionally clean. Breakfast service was excellent as well. Will definitely return to this hotel if i found myself in Jeddah again. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing dinner party on Monday 29/08/2022. The Asian Food was really good and tasty. Overall we were very pleased with the menu created by Chef Mohamed Khalil and the service restaurant manager
Mr. Anwar, and his team of staff who made the evening quite memorable.

One of the most beautiful hotel i’ve ever tried. Fully services, swimming pool , breakfast was too delicious, jym. Stuff are so kind since check in even check out. I really recommended ?❤️
