Variety of different apartments with nearby ice-cream, small fast food chains, restaurants, parks and a swimming pool.
The building also has a common room with a pool table a ping pong table, a TV, a small kitchen room (for parties) and there is also a playground.
I used to live in KAEC in 2014 and there is a big improvement and development in the city.
(but, there aren't many expats here)
