Was invited there for a Binance meet-up so not a regular day. It's not my go-to places however the food was great and service was fast considering there were a few hundred people.

The pictures are beautiful, but the reality is not. It is forbidden to enter the water unless you reach Yam Beach. Entrance is almost 100 people and 60 children. Sitting there is uncomfortable, and you feel like you are in a yard.
You left the second day and this is one of the experiences that does not attract you to return.
Apartments in the Marina at a price of one thousand riyals
Almost a night without any hotel services, and you need to walk half an hour to the beach
In Jubail, for example, you pay a thousand for a family suite, services, cleaning, and a free beach

Prices are expensive, and if you arrive at them at 5 or 7 in the morning, they charge you a full day until noon, which is all 4 or 5 hours!!!!
Means
It arrives at 4 in the afternoon, and it comes out at the second day of noon at 1 = 400 riyals
Reach 6 Fajr and rise the same day 1 Noon = 400 riyals
You reach 8 in the morning, you go out the same day, 1 in the afternoon = 400 riyals
In the end, if you come two hours before 1 o'clock and request entry, you will be charged for a full day and the same price....
Exploitation and opportunism and I do not advise anyone to deal with them ....

Amazing place , special thanks to chef rudy very tasty food, the manager Nour for his hospitality, karim and mira for their quick service. I recommend this place hurry up and try it

The sushi was fresh, tasty and reasonably-priced.
However the seafood salad was missing the main ingredient, smoked salmon as stated in the menu. When we informed the waiter he said we ran out of smoked salmon. Another setback was the filthy bathrooms.
I do recommend for arguileh, and sushi.
