Brand Marriott was desperate for a renovation 10 years ago. Carpets tatty, exposed electrical wires, metal bed base injuries

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Shuttle bus services were mostly on time. They operated between the hotel and the intersection of Gate No. 6 and No. 7 of the Grand Mosque. The room was neat and clean. The toilet was immaculate as well. Lots of towels and toiletries. Well stocked!
Airport transfers would have been a plus point. Other than that, an excellent stay!

The rooms are spacious but the cleanliness is pathetic. We are still here and even after repeated requests the room is still not cleaned. It's a good 1 km distance from haram. And the walk becomes very tedious when has to be done five times a day. The shuttle is not reliable at all
