I’m sorry it needs a lot of renovation work. It’s not a place to stay at. Crew members are so friendly though.

THE WORST Experience EVER
Very bad wifi connection, Gym not clean, and I found a bug in my lettuce while having my breakfast
Not too many options for breakfast
No American coffee
the hotel needs a lot of renovations

Absolutely Pathetic! I urge Marriott should take immediate action and close the property.
This was my first stay as member and probably last. A lot of issues. But first of all even not all the facilities are accessible, then you won’t be treated as a guest should. The only good thing is Mr. Said working there, he tried his best to provide us a good experience.
Lastly, it’s way expensive. The service they offer, a 100 sar room offering as well. Really disappointed. I request Saudi tourism authority to take action because I came as a tourist all the way from dubai and being a youtuber this won’t add as positive memory in our archive.
But I’m sure Ksa will Become tourist hub soon as it has all the potential to be !

Good value for money. The rooms are slightly tired but good enough for short stays. Very competitive pricing.
