✅ Positives ✅ : great location? cafe in front ☕️ clean ? toiletries and towels provided ? friendly staff ??♂️ WiFi ? private parking ?️ good price ?
❌ Negatives ❌ : electricity turns off when you leave the room, INCLUDING the fridge! So you can’t keep things cold ? they don’t clean the room each day ? Rooftop terrace is undeveloped ?
?Summary ? : I’d stay here again. Prices were good (it was off-season for Abha) and the rooms were cool, dark, and fairly quiet

The room size was good, very clean, AC was perfectly working. Parking is enough. Bathrooms are clean with all toiletries.
No good restaurants near to hotel.

Location next car wash, petrol 24 hours ⛽️ station, mini grocery market, next to Barn coffee station, Location is best and worst all day noise traffic passing by. No peace. Toilet leaks, room gate ? broken I put heavy side table to close it. Near choose 407, it roadside noisy and view is ⛽️ station . Good features are vast car ? parking.
