From their warm welcome to their attentive service throughout, they made sure every detail was taken care of. Thanks for the service provided at Sky Lounge. I would like to thank Arlyn & Dhundi for their excellent service, courteous manner, respect, and welcoming at all times. I recommend offering them a rewarding for performing their best of abilities and fulfilling requests, as it was my birthday and they wrote congratulations on the plate, creating a happiness atmosphere in this important day.. Thank you and I will repeat the experience again..

Our company's event at this hotel (1st floor) was exceptional. The venue exuded elegance, offering a delightful ambiance. Headed by Ms. Rose, the staff's warm hospitality and attentive service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended for both professional and leisure events.

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
