Overpriced for the lack of amenities and services. The hotel appears nice, but finishes are minimal. For a nice hotel having Lipton tea and cheap products are disappointing. The parking is free, but extremely tight and hard to navigate. The parking was also blocked for part of the night when we returned to the hotel. We had to wait for the reception for more than an hour to speak about the blocked parking. The bathrooms are also Poorly designed. The showers leak and get water all over the floor. Also the wifi is weak and does not work in the bedrooms. We had room cleaning but they only surface cleaned and did not do a full job. All of these details make this hotel extremely overpriced for terrible quality.

I booked early and the price was much lower
The location of the hotel is close to most places
Very clean and that's the most important thing
The insulation is a bit bad, but to be honest, it was not inconvenient
I adopted it and it became my number one hotel in Taif because it combined luxury, cleanliness, the right price and its special location ?

The hotel is excellent and new, to be honest, I was shocked by the level of quality and cleanliness, and its location is beautiful in the heart of Taif, close to a mall, a mosque and a group of restaurants, I highly recommend it

Peace be upon you. I would like to convey my experience to you. The first time I comment or establish a permanent place, I do not care about this topic at all, but this hotel is very important. I came without anyone mentioning it to me. Rest and relax at a hotel and our sisters at the reception do not fail to serve you very quickly, and the worker with you at any moment does not hear anything but the word “poison” and rejoice.
