Beautiful and clean once and for all and it was a beautiful experience I had a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom It's eerily comfortable ? to the point where I sleep all the time ? Their prices are good and reasonable An experience that will be repeated, God willing from the patio ?☁️

not worth for 1 star also. one of the staff didnt help us to carry the luggage to the room while checking in. no courtesy at all. looking very ignorant negligent careless poor maintenance & management as well . very much disappointed. never ever approach to this hotel.

First, I called them and the employee Al-Saadi called me, and his dealings were excellent, and on the day I arrived, the apartment was excellent and had a decent service. But the strange flaw is that they asked me for a security deposit, even though I was alone without children or people who could destroy or break anything. I did an extension for two days, but my need was closed in less than two days, and I had one day’s amount + the security deposit, and the day I made a check-out, they told me, unfortunately, the amount is not available at the moment and it will be transferred to your account by the administration within 24 hours and we have 48 hours and no one contacted me even from the administration to apologize Or even to clarify, and the Saudi employee does not want anything to help me with it. Therefore, a complaint was submitted to the Tourism Authority, and, God willing, I will follow up the issue through the Najis portal after 24 hours if the amount is not transferred and the apology is issued. When I lived in 5-star hotels inside and outside the Kingdom, this movement never happened to me, and one day it will only happen in my country!! may Allah help.
