Rooms furniture is old and bad. Ac was too much noisy i asked for change room they change it but still the same.
House keeping guys are good. Even receptionist are good. But old rooms with old furniture. Not comfortable.
Breakfast was ok but limited options.

Frustrating stay i am living now! While the hotel staff is undeniably friendly, my experience has been marred by technical issues. I've been complaining for two days now about the TV being out (even Rotana and MBC aren't working), and unreliable Wi-Fi have seriously impacted my work. Despite raising these concerns and mentioning a negative review, the problems haven't been fixed. This lack of functioning amenities significantly detracts from what could have been a pleasant stay.

This is the best HIE I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many (platinum member). Their suite is spacious and beautiful (and has 2 bathrooms in case you have guests or kids). Their gym is one of the best ever. The staff is nice and speaks English.

The hotel is really nice, very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is at you arms length. The breakfast is superb! And on top of that the staff from reception, house keeping and at restaurant are very accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend this place.

It was a good room. AC unit in room was very loud. Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff lovely and very friendly.
