Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk

Arrived early, understanding I may need to wait to get to my room. However, upon arrival, my party was able to check in early successfully. Once my turn, I inquired about an upgrade and was informed there was one available but I would need to wait for a room. Funny thing is, after sitting for 2 hours for my upgraded room, I was placed in standard room, not upgraded. When inquiring as to why I needed to wait just to be placed in a standard room, no response was given. Additionally, upon entering my room, I discovered my wait was in vain, as my room had not been cleaned (dirt and hair in the shower, stains, rips, and misc things on the carpet, dust and misc wrappers by the TV, etc) and much to my surprise, when I picked the phone up to call to the front desk, it didn't work! I did eventually get offered an alternative room, which was filled with a smokey smell, to which I declined.

Someone (who might be housekeeping) stole money from my handbag that was inside the closet at the hotel, and no one did anything about it, and they did not return my money The Security team is useless. Manager is not available at all . Basically anyone who’s working there “can’t help you” cause it’s the useless security team’s job. Note: for anyone who wants to visit this hotel. Don’t leave anything valuable you want in the room. (Not just money.) Just keep it with you or in the safe (preferably with you). Update: The manager called. He was mad that I wrote that he was not available. That was the first time he contacted me ever, even though they have my number. He said he didn't like my attitude and asked me to never visit again What a manager!

Did not check me out, tried to keep me in saudi and charged me for whole week even though i was in Jordan. Location terrible caute its in saudi Rooms Ok if didnt charge extra week Service terrible , refused to check me out

Was very disappointed. Rooms were smokey, beds were too hard while pillows were too soft, showers water pressure was poor, the toiletries weren't brand new but were used, the toilet paper was low quality. The websites photos of the pool are very deceptive as well. The walls around the pool are very tall so the pool gets no light. Also, the hotels location is pretty poor.
