Nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Could improve on adding varieties in food. Please keep microwave in all rooms this a basic need that customers look for.

Room was spacious, satisfied with the stay. However, the receptionist lady who was on duty on 08 March 2 p.m. was very unprofessional and didn't respect the guest. The systems weren't integrated, coffee shop bill wasn't updated in the main system, we had to go the coffee shop to settle the bill. Please train the receptionists to be polite.

Gym and pool under maintenance for many days.
Room great; washrooms space not utilized well, tiny space for shower.
