Tourist need a smile ..Because of staffs for sure no one will be able to book this Hotel .
Even receptionist behaviour was not ok .Management is not good.
Almost all staffs behaviour was 0/10
better to change the staffs .
I booked the hotel but regretted!

The facility is amazing. The staff ruins the whole experience though. Not really helpful, coming up with rules from their heads. Prevented my friend to come up to my room and they are saying it is a law and failed to offer any proof for it. The staff in the cafe downstair also not helpful or welcoming. They will leave u for hours with out asking u what do u need or what would like to order.

Great hotel if you’re in Dubai on business. Super staff - especially Ali and Safeer on the door. Really great service. My only complaint is no football in the ‘sports’ bar. Breakfast top notch. One of the best I’ve had.

Located in Marasi Drive next to the canal. Great view (from the canal view room).
I had a bad experience with front desk in my first visit but I really had great responses from them in my subsequent visits. Rooms are relatively smaller but we'll maintained.
Below average breakfast menu for an Indian.
