Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

The facility is amazing. The staff ruins the whole experience though. Not really helpful, coming up with rules from their heads. Prevented my friend to come up to my room and they are saying it is a law and failed to offer any proof for it. The staff in the cafe downstair also not helpful or welcoming. They will leave u for hours with out asking u what do u need or what would like to order.

One of the worst hotels in Dubai. Even low cost is much better arranged. After sorting out the booking only one bath robe in the room. The bath floor mat was actually forgotten everyday while the room was made up. Hair in the bathtub. Basic amenities are provided. Everytime you drive in with the car they stop you, check their long list like as if you are a criminal. Wrong information in the list. You show the room Card. But still. The only good staff was the concierge. I stayed here a few times before but the GULF COURT had made it it on the list of banned hotels. Never ever again

Beautiful hotel stay totally compromised by the Saturday night party down in the club; Indian male patrons wolf whistling and howling as if it is a sporting event; man just hang out, be cool and party! If you hope for sleep before 3am on this day then don't stay, I'm ten floors up and noise is still intolerable and the hotel priorities unfortunately with those attending the club and not their actual guests.

This was my first time staying in this hotel. For me the location, beside a building site (was manageable) but if you want to be closer to centre, it is a bit too far out (only my opinion). Check in was disappointing as I got there 8am ish off a night flight, the receptionist immediately told me I could not check in, without even looking at my booking to see I had paid for the 2 night (including the one I had missed most of). There was no welcome. I used the spa that morning and on leaving to pay, I tapped a credit card and visa and neither worked. Without getting a chance to insert the card into the card reader, the manager and staff accused me of coming in to rip them off. It was a truly upsetting experience! I paid via the reader once I got the chance. The hotel did not apologise or mention this to me and on this basis, I personally will not go there again. On a super positive note, the cafe and staff on the ground floor were lovely with great food. I hope the hotel can improve some of these points
