The place is nice and worth the price. The rooms are spacious the facility quite enough. The only negative point and it's important is the Wifi coverage. I was at 8th floor and my MacBook couldn't get access to it. I had to go to the reception to get connected.

The rooms are clean, and this is the only positive thing about them. The price of the hotel is expensive in relation to the location. The location is very bad and not suitable for housing. The cleaning staff entered us while we were sleeping. There was no apology from the hotel for what happened, and the situation was normal. I have not re-experienced in this place nor visited because they did not respect me

Grand Plaza Gulf is very nice hotel to stay. Their breakfast is average as menu is same almost everyday. House keeping is very good and the hotel rooms are well maintained. Almost all the rooms bathrooms have issues, wherein the water does not drain out or overflows to outside the shower area. It gets really messy. Mr. Ismail, Mr. Hani, Mr. Omar and other staff are always attentive to the needs and get the requests done immediately.
