Customer service is very bad. I manage a team of 5 persons for a field work in Tabouk. We stayed for approx 40 nights during the last 8 weeks. When we requested a late check out due to late return from our fieldwork, the reception gave us only two hours despite that the hotel was empty. They asked for an email request for late check-out, we sent an email, but no response at the time we were leaving for our field work. If the hotel was full I would understand. It is just unprofessional service.
