I didn’t like it at all, some of the staffs are rude and not clean his name is Den putting his finger in the mouth and nose for a long time and then he wanted to carry my luggage it’s disgusting! The only thing that I liked the receptionist Nayef and Noora. I hope you guys stay safe during corona.

Check-in process takes long time.
Crew are helpful, housekeeping restaurant sedurity. especially Mr. Yousf (reception), he gave us much bottle water for my kids because i forgot to buy outside before arrived at hotel.
He also gave us mattress for free. May Allah bless him. Good job.

Quite an old building, food is ok, reasonable price. Wish to renovate as much as they could. Good customer service with a lot of rooms for improvements

Average hotel with affordable rates and the location is far from the center. Good for business trip. Breakfast is ok and dinner buffet for about SAR 90 which is better compared to other hotels.

I stayed one night in a deluxe room with my family. It was a nice stay. the receptionist was cooperative. the workers around were very helpful. The room, buffet breakfast, and surrounding environments were excellent. I will stay again when visiting Riyadh
