Cheap breakfast, old & bad smelling furniture, hard mattress, small TV, small bathroom….. horrible.. recommend to find another place

It was the most beautiful time I enjoyed my stay but there was a difference with the other Golden Tulip Hotels their morning breakfast was different there is always lots of variety but this time I felt something differently done let’s hope they will look at it and change it. I have always loved this hotel since I have used the one in Damam their hospitality is so good family oriented and with beautiful rooms too.

Worst experience I have ever had, booked including breakfast but at time of breakfast said it wasn’t included, though I showed my booking details too…room door cards not working properly many times needs to try

It was a really nice stay and the staff are really friendly but it needs a refurbishment. It's obviously old.
