Services are not provided properly and the lifts are very weak means they can't bear the weight of 5 persons.
Location is good it's near from the gate 309 and 310 of Nabavi MOSQUE.
Masjid Umar bin Khattab and masjid Al Ghamama is present in way of Nabavi MOSQUE.

The hotel looks very clean but there are a lot of bugs in the rooms

It's below average. Found some bedbugs in the room. Outfan / Exhaust fan of washroom wasn't working, leaving it smelly. Room service is pathetic. No maintenance at all. The staff is not cooperative.
