Very very unclean and unhygienic hotel, waste of money, below is my Experience Bedsheet was dirty, hairs in bed Mattress was uncomfortable Room carpet was very old and dirty No door lock from inside for safety Bathroom was unclean broken shower Toilet flush was not working properly Toilet was dirty No bath towel. Overall 0 rating.

Currently i am living in this hotel...There is no wifi from the day i checked in as they claim free WiFi available in hotel. Reception is not interacting and does not solve any issues.No Clean bathrooms and Ac vents are extremely poor functioning

Room are nice but needs to maintain properly and the service is the worst because the sink in washroom is clogged and it's been 2 days since I complained but nobody came to it

Worst hotel ever. The staff was awful and they were responding at snail's pace. We came for umrah and they just shoved us 11 people in two rooms with only one bathroom and that too smelly and disgusting. Only perk is, it's close to masjid but that's all. If you wish to use public washroom then you are more than welcome here.

Free two floors of parking B1 & B2, but my car got sink in water in B2 after sudden rain, my car was new, just 1000km, now it smiles bad due to the rain's water that drains inside and dried after some days. The main bad issue, is that the hotel refused to help me cleaning the car from inside, they refused to make even a discount to my two days residency, even no one of the staff accepts to help me getting the car out of B2 or help me getting the water out of the car. That was bad moments that I didn't find a help from any one of the staff. During rain, I saw only one guy of the staff who was so interested to rescue his hotel from electric shock and fire after we hear emergency sound of the firing system that causes hotel visitors to became scared, run every where, this guy rescued his hotel from a big problem due to his attitude that was missed from all others including managerial staff.
