Great place to stay whilst in Madina, we stayed in Ramadan period and all travel from train station, airport and daily cabs to Masjid were run smoothly.
Service was on demand and on time. Especially their colleague Mohammed Bablu, he was a star.

Hotel is new, good clean rooms, location wise its about 2+ kms from Masjid Nabwi, so walking towards haram might se difficult for most. Service is not good at all. House-keeping staff don't listen to you. Gave 2 towels in the bathroom and one of them was old and torn from the edges and they didn't change after the request also. In an accommodation of 2 what is the purpose of keeping only one toothbrush, and then didn't give the next one even after requesting, although we were carrying ours.

The hotel is not very fancy, but it's very calm, abd the staff, especially Mr. Ghazi was very helpful.
There is no food options in this hotel, and you may only find few bites in a tiny cafe a the reception with limited choices.

so i stayed here from 22nd to 24th november during the holiday week in saudia. Hotels location is excellent and the room given to us was also large and spacious.better than the room available near masjid haram hotels.
now coming to the service. service was pretty bad. i asked for the kettle 4 times I didn't get it. i complained personally to reception still didn't get it.Asked for a spoon they said they didnt have. Paid 400 per day for the room, residing far from the haram but still no breakfast or anything given complimentary.
The hotel provided bus service to haram at prayer times so thats a plus point.
would recommend to stay here only if hotel staff pulls up their socks and focuses on providing quick and efficient service.
