The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, new and quiet
Simple notes:
The card gave us a unit that turns on the electricity, even though the room is for 3 people
And when we asked again, the employee sat asking about the number of people, and he was satisfied that he gave us one unit and asked that we return it to him, and he confirmed the issue (of course we will not steal the card)
The second thing was that the oven was not working. I don't know if we should inform them or not.
Eating right at the restaurant once is delicious and clean + the coffee is delicious, especially flat white

فندق جميل هاديء يستحق الثناء وحتى في وجود ملاحظات لا تنقص من مستوى التقييم فراحبة أهل الشمال حاضرة في كل وقت من تدخل الفندق حتى وقت المغادرة والملاحضات اللي شفتها معظمها له علاقة بإنشاء الفندق كان بالمكان تلافيها اثناء التصميم مثل تكييف ممرات الفندق الحمامات محشوره في التصميم لايوجد انسيابيه في الحركه داخل دورة المياه ومع هذا لايعيب الاقامه في الفندق ايضا عدم وجود فرش داخل الغرف لو كان متوفر كان أعطى شيء من الراحه والفخامه ملاحظه لو تم تلافيها الا وهي المخدات اشبه بما تكون بالونه لو تم تغييرها الى شيء أكثر صحية للرقبة لا انسى أن أشكر كل طاقم الفندق فردا فردا على حسن الاستقبال وتلبية الطلبات بشكل سريع والمطعم وطاقمه كلهم كانوا قمه في الذوق والاحترام والتفاني في الخدمه دمتم بود يااهل الشمال ?

The hotel is very cool
From the first moment you enter through the gate, luxury and calm, and all the staff are very cheerful and helpful ❤❤
Ramadan buffet is wonderful and varied, the food is fresh, and the taste is really not the best. One of the best restaurants I have tried in Tabuk. I advise everyone to try it.. an exceptional experience that will be repeated, God willing.
