Hotel are Near The HARAM and Very Comfortable Room I booked with my family
My family are happy with this hotel and staff is very honorable Specially Brother Izhar very nice guy he help to accommodate us.

They cancelled my booking without any explanations in Expedia and re advertised the room in higher price. Expedia tried to contact them but no answer.
Really poor service from greedy management.

Pretty good compared to many other hotels in Makkah. Service and staff are good and rooms are spacious with cabinets and storage space.
They have 4 lifts for public use, it becomes a little crowded if one of them is not working.
Distance from Haram is around 600 meters. Hotel is in the street but the street has lots of restaurants and shops of others necessities.

Location not quite good, staff is supporting and good behaviour, rooms are of average size, lifts always full at peak hours waiting is much long, should work to manage lift issues, overall experience is average not very good not bad
