When I was making a reservation, for the first time in my life I call a hotel and I hear only "Hello" without any identification or greetings from the employee as it is in all other hotels. Guidance on site is not well as required for such hotel.

I wish I could rate it 0 starts.
What to say, first of all their Expedia page says pets are allowed but this is not true they do not accept pets at the property. We did not get our room until 7PM!!!!!! the parking is a nightmare!! The outside parking will totally destroy your tiers and the underground parking will definitely SCRATCH your your car the path is snaky and extremely tight.
Honestly stay away the place does not worth a penny and they are charging an awful lot.
