The location is excellent, steps away from the Corniche, and close to Palestine Street, which has all services.
The cleanliness is average, the room floor mats are dirty, the bathroom hot water is not enough, and the amount of shampoo and soap was not enough for the number of people present.
The lighting is bad. If you turn off the lights in the main room, the lights in the entire apartment will be turned off, and those in the hall will sit in the dark.

Frankly, I was surprised by the hotel. The hotel is really not clean, and the pictures here and in Booking are different from reality. The rooms are not clean. The floor is all stained and horribly dirty. The bathroom does not have towels. The hall is small, and the curtain is not dimmable.

Everything is fine in the hotel, but they lack some maintenance in the sprinkler. The water does not flow well and it does not have a heater. The quilt is not my hotel as is customary in the rest of the hotels. There is no iron and there is no kettle. Note that there are alternatives on the site. Two TV screens. I booked a room and got a room and a hall at a price. Nice 195, knowing that this price in Jeddah is for a room alone, in which you get a special location, quiet parking on site
