Loved the simplicity and spacious bright and well designed rooms. They r not helpful or lenient if u need the room for a little longer... The pool is small had a smell and needs to be better maintained and cleaned otherwise overall my kids loved the place so did I

Everything was great. You feel home. Al Joharah in the reception and all workers are offering help and services with a smile. Good choice in location, design and staff.

The worst customer service ever, they were rude and refused to get a magnet to help me. Will never recommend it to anyone ever or come back.

One of the best hotels in Qurtuba , they have a unique style .
The receptionist girls are amazing and friendly and the room was big and clean
