The location of this hotel is good, just few minutes from a supermarket and also near from Riyadh city Center, Kingdom centre and other attractions. Has all the facilities that a Four Stars hotel should have. The breakfast was pretty good. The Staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Water temperature in the shower is not hot. I booked for 2 but towel is only good for 1 person. Also ironing board and iron is by request. Good thing its just an overnight stay. Interior looks old with few cleaning stuff like vacuum left out adding the unpleasant look

Worst hotel experience ever
The furniture is old.
Bathroom smell into the room.
On arrival the bathroom door was broken and can't be closed I had to call the maintenance and they told me to wait until 7:30 AM.
Entering parking lots is almost impossible
The refrigerator was broken also :)

The doctor is on floor 6 in the morning. I went to him to ask him about something, and I was surprised that his treatment was not good. I hope he takes his turn in dealing with people, especially since it is a 4-star hotel.

I stayed here one night with my family, the location is good, rooms are clean
& well furnished bit old but decent. Room service were quick & excellent
Nice pool & Gym good value for money , we enjoyed a lot, Air-conditioning system needs some improvement. Hopefully will come again in future.
