Clean, spacious rooms. Koi restaurant is excellent. Friendly staff at reception. Rajah at housekeeping puts a lot of effort in to keeping his guests happy.

It was one of my best stays in a hotel the staff were amazing the hotel was very clean and well organized, I was welcomed by the valet staff they offered to help me with my bags. At the reception I’ve been greeted by a receptionist his name was Saud he was really nice he checked me in in no time and called the staff to deliver the luggage to my room he also gave me a welcome drink which was really nice. Definitely coming back to the hotel.

I’m a frequent visitor to the Crown Plaza, Digital City in Riyadh. It’s an excellent, impressive hotel in a good location with good facilities and good service, noting in particular the restaurant staff such as Khawar. If I was going to register any issue it would be the toilets in some of the bedrooms not functioning properly. That said, this hotel will is my top pick for places to stay in Riyadh.

I visited the hotel many times recently and had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed.
In addition, the hotel is a great place to have a coffee and relax. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it an ideal spot to unwind after a long day of work or exploring the city.
During my visits, Ainul went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He followed up with me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Everything is as written by previous guests. Why I give 1 star less is because the price is higher for IHG members. When trying to extend for one extra night I would have to pay double compared to what I paid online. Isn’t it strange that guest courtesy stops when the hotel reaches it’s capacity? Either you are full or you have rooms. But don’t change the rates for IHG members.
