This is my 4th stay at the hotel. I experienced good hospitality throughout my stay. All the staffs from the restaurant, housekeeping and at the reception extended a great service. My special thanks to Mr.Afiz the Minibar Assistant Manager was all his way out taking care of my daily meal restriction especially during this Ramadhan period. I was glad that he was there extending the required support for room in dinning menu and complementary fruits and sweets in the room . Thank you, Afiz.
I would just highlight on some points for improvement, at the reception, it will be good if they can improve in preparing for smooth check in and check out time, often I see there are lack of knowledge or more time taken to settle the payments.
In the room, no doubt it is always kept clean just that the bath tub not equip with shower curtain to prevent the wet floor after the shower.
