Excellent service, with amazing staff! Specially mister Faisal and Shabaz, they took care of us with the most attention and detail during breakfast, always passing by with a smile and asking if we needed something else.
We tried the sushi and it was one of the bests!
Thank you for your service it was a good experience.

This hotel is amazing. The bed is perfcet and allowes a magnificent rest.
The breakfast is great, with a big variety and tasty choices; the service was impecable, Naushad was very proactive and nice, as well as the other waiters, and i wish i could stay longer.
Totally recommend it!

The hotel is nice, very clean, and comfortable, the main restaurant is one of the best places to have a unique experience and, the chef is using an unusual menu to make sure everyone in this place will enjoy his time. Big thanks to the staff they are very friendly and service is TOP level.

Exceptional staff and service from duty managers, front desk, housekeeping and all outlets / restaurants. Crowne Plaza in Jeddah quickly became one of my favorite hotels. Special thanks for Sudheer Mehdad and his team for making each breakfast unique and enjoyable. Highly recommend it ??

I would like to thank Mr.Tawfiq dada and his amazing team especially Miss.Manal at the Front Desk for the outstanding services . They made my stay memorable. I would definitely come back again and again.
