I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Jeddah. It provided a comfortable and serene environment, allowing me to work peacefully and effectively. Additionally, I relished the delectable breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, always wearing warm smiles and exhibiting great flexibility. I would like to specifically acknowledge the outstanding service provided by 'Nushad' at the restaurant, as he went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
Overall, my experience at the Crown Plaza Hotel was exceptional, leaving me feeling satisfied and grateful for the outstanding hospitality.

Nice place to stay at. Rooms were ready and we got to choose which floor is preferred. Everything was clean and sanitary.
Their Breakfast buffet had a variety of food, and Naushad was very nice and of great help.
Would definitely stay again for any future trips to Jeddah inshallah.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza and my experience with in room dining services was just amazing! Great food, very friendly and professional staff and special recognition to Mohammed Afiz who makes guests feel at home!!
Highly recommended!

The hotel is quiet and beautiful, close to the sea. The breakfast buffet is varied and many wonderful things. My brother Naushad was very attentive and followed up on all our needs with all respect and kindness.

Rooms are clean, and decently sized. Has all the basic needs one would want. The service at the restaurant was especially good, I was offered takeaway juice and coffee after breakfast which was a nice gesture. The variety and quality of food was excellent as well. They have a juicing station and the juices there are great!
Very quiet and cozy hotel. The location isn't the best but I would still come here again as that doesn't really mean much.
