I don't understand how a company can put young, inexperienced but already so bold manager on shift. It's a blow to the company's reputation.
He couldn't find a letter in the mail with an important notice from the company that made the reservation. Claimed that his email was more important than the main email of the hotel. He spoke rudely in raised tones with words: "I am in Saudi Arabia, it is my right". But still could not check in guests. We had to go to another hotel after this.
I kindly ask the hotel management to deal with this incident as this behavior is not only a damage to the company's reputation but also a spit in the face of Saudi hospitality. What a shame.
