There's no hot and cold shower. The receptionist is also not that accommodating, even telling my friend who booked the rooms if she "understood" the set-up of rooms ?. The breakfast buffet was nice though and the waiter was so nice, he even took photos of us.

Experience their Eid Dinner Buffet and it was great. Staff were so welcoming and accomodating.
