Kitchen not clean
Fridge freezes food not cool it
Microwave not working

Bedroom sheets smell
Bathroom never cleaned before
WiFi says 400mb on paper, it's 6mb
And do not reach inside
You have to sit next to exit door to send a message
Electric port only 1 in each room, you either watch TV or charge your phone
TV only 6 channels

NOT RECOMMENDED!!
You can get much better for much cheaper
And this is a lie!! ???

Bed sheets and pillows are dirty, when I asked to change it they said ok after 1 hour and then they didn’t provide and said not available.
Not clean hotel, not recommended, not professional staff.

I had booked through Agoda, but when I reached the hotel at midnight, it was fully booked. They do not check online bookings; they just give rooms to whoever walks in. Disappointed

When it comes to the staffs from the reception to his subordinates i can say that they are approachable and they talk with the customers well. But when it comes to the place. Utilities and all i can say that its zero. Please do a make over. Maintain clean and safe environment. The door is also karban which your privacy is at risk. U have a good staffs if u have a good place plus them u will have ur business grow more.
