Excellent stay for a business trip. One of the best hotels in Abha. Breakfast buffet, Cafe, and the restaurant were great. Concierge were always friendly and attentive when I needed something.

Superb Hotel in Abha. i lived here for many months on and off. Hawazin(Customer Service Officer) always welcome us with smile and helping attitude, she understands and speaks very good English so we never face any problem.
All other staff members are good too. Hotel ambience is very nice and comfortable. Room Service guys are awesome and always ready for help. Highly Recommend for Stay.

Amazing stay for a short time visit in Abha. The staff are very nice and they answer questions and needs at any time you need. Restaurant was cooking delicious food, and also in the morning breakfast was good. Rooms are definitely spacious! And if you want to have a drink, they have a coffee shop right at the exit of lobby, which gets busy at night i can say- perfect!

Checked in during birthday month for a short staycation with family... i had an amazing time! The staff are all amazing, polite, professional. The hotel itself is new..the room is super neat, complete with all the amenities as advertised.
If there is a 10-star rating, i will definitely it to them..thank you to everyone!
