The hotel is OK for someone who care to sleep and leave. Bed is not a comfortable one.
Bathroom is very small.
Housekeeping is disaster.
Based on the hotel services it should be ranked a 3 star hotel not 4 stars.

Best budget hotel with great service. i love to staff appearance and they are really friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are great. All was fine at my stay. deserved better review

Visited this hotel yesterday to attend a meeting with the client
Following are the observations
1) the meeting room C was fine and well enough to accommodate around 20-25 attendees and equipped with all multimedia functionalities
2) just outside to the meeting room, there is an area for refreshments and completely isolated with the meeting room activities.
3) the restaurant is located at the same floor as meeting room i-e floor 1, the savory items were cold and non-fresh however the salad and the dessert bar were reasonable and tasteful.
4) the staff was active and cooperative

It's just ok , stayed 2 nights at this hotel during the summer, the location of this hotel are 25mins away from jeddah airport and it's a bit new hotel, there is few places around if you wanna go out somewhere walking but will take around 15mins.
There is also a mall nearby and some other facilities.
3 stars because of their service needs to be improved .

I went for breakfast on 01/07/22. It was an open buffet. The items were so many and tasty. Service was very good and the whole Ambience was very warm. I recommend others to try it out.
