This hotel could have been better without playing music at the lobby. I advise you to respect the preferences of other Muslims who do not love listening to music. It could have been better if you play Qur'an since we are in Saudi Arabia. No Muslim will object listening to Qur'an.

Poor at service no room cleanup for months beds are too bad and all marks no good bed-sheet pillowcase blankets is also torn ,when I asked for cleaning room they took 25 days after to clean ,calling in midnight and disturbing ,manager uses filthy language speak so badly ,especially with alone girls they flirt ,no cleanliness,something is so wrong in this place I can’t revile it , please if u people want no disturbance or good service or safety for family please go for another hotel

Made a reservation on Al-mosafer app, then when I reached the hotel, I showed them my reservation confirmation and asked for check in, the receptionist told that they are fully booked and that there is a problem and that I need to contact Al-Mosafer to get a refund.
Now Al-Mosafer is refusing to refund me as this hotel is saying that I refused to take the room!!?

Check in takes a lot of time as the receptionist cannot agree on the oyo discounted prices I receive. Twice I had this issue, first time oyo fares were 125 and second time 95 riyals. The receptionist keeps asking how I get this offer and informs that if I tell no rooms are available, what will you do? Such mentality is not at all acceptable. Oyo provides me the discount, its not the hotel. Make them aware of this matter. Also, this sort of speaking to clients is not at all acceptable. Secondly, the breakfast here is pathetic. Paying 25 per head for some bread and boiled egg. There are supermarkets nearby and you can get more than this with 25 riyal.
